Combine the versatility of Creatio with Calendly's meeting scheduling service.

Every new meeting created or canceled by your contacts in your Calendly account will be synced with your Activities, Contacts, and Leads in your Creatio instance.

When a new call is scheduled in Calendly, a new activity will be created in Creatio, assigned to the corresponding user. If the contact's email is not found in Creatio, a new contact will be created and linked to the activity.

For each new scheduled call, a lead record is also added to Creatio, making it easy to identify leads in Creatio.

Additionally, if the contact already exists, the event will simply be added to the existing record without duplicating your contacts.

Additionally, if your Calendly and Creatio instance sync with your Gmail or Outlook calendar, activities scheduled or updated in Creatio will update available slots in Calendly.

STEP 4: Manage licenses

Manage licenses for each Creatio/Calendly User and assign the free license for the user connecting to the System.

STEP 6: Field Mapping (optional)

– Set up all Calendly questions in Creatio, including “Share anything that will help us prepare for our meeting.” In the search “Calendar question”.

– Set up field mapping between Calendly questions and Creatio fields in the “Calendly Schema List” search.
